It’s Fucking Feel Good Friday!

My name is Cait Byrnes.  I’m a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and I work with women who are dealing with fatigue, exhaustion, and burnout, and I help them to have energy all fucking day through simple and sustainable diet and lifestyle changes.

So today’s quick tip is to track your sugar intake this week.

I think it’s important to do it over a couple of days because sugar tends to sneak into our diets in a lot of different places that we’re not necessarily aware of.  And this is really difficult, because sugar tends to wreak havoc on most systems of the body unfortunately.

So if you’re dealing with headaches, fatigue, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, insomnia… any of these things can be related to your sugar intake.

And the problem is so many of us think we’re not actually consuming that much sugar because you’re not having cookies or cake or something like that, but sugar tends to hide in most of our processed foods.

Anything that comes from a box or bad tends to have a little added sugar in it.  Even our condiments, things like ketchup.  A lot of these things are loaded with sugar and we’re not even aware of it.

So this week, make it a point to really track how much sugar you’re ingesting.
